Sencore offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products from the date of shipment. Sencore will refund the actual price paid by the customer for the product, extended service agreements & taxes. Customer is responsible for return shipment fees and packaging. Shipping fees, customs and duties will not be refunded unless Sencore determines the product to be defective.
To qualify, all components of the product must be returned undamaged to Sencore via a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To request product warranty service or repair: Visit Support here. There you will find the Return Authorization form. Please fill this out completely and submit. Be sure to note you are requesting an online order refund where it asks you to describe your request. Shortly after submitting you will be contacted with your RMA number and you are ready to ship your unit to Sencore.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders placed by credit card may only be cancelled the day they were placed. If you need to cancel your credit card order please click here.
When will the credit appear on my card?
Credit will be applied after Sencore has issued the RMA authorization and received the undamaged product and accessories as well as validated its operation and condition. Credit time to your account depends on the cardholders bank and may take up to 21 days.
I paid for express shipping service, will my order arrive next day?
In stock items will ship during the first business day after the order is received. Items that are not in stock may require an additional 7 business days to process, but will be express shipped once item is received in stock.
